I love hearing in her own voice, Doris’s accounts, documentation, and references to the recap of the years with the Kennedy and LBJ, etc.

I learned more about the behind-the-scenes extraordinary work that has to go into each speech and the importance of edits and what goes in and out of the final work. Totally loved it.
I already knew and loved Doris‘s works and was glad to learn about Dick and their precious love.

I kept current on the DT’s shenanigans and was still appalled with all the clear and deliberate actions of the Trump administration outlined in this well written book. This is a great consolidation of the key wrongdoings and lack of leadership. It gives resources and references and allows each of us to do additional research on our own.

I hope individuals that were not aware of these circumstances and outcomes read and apply the learnings of this book to the 2024 election, so that more devastation nor repeating that administration does not further harm the people of the United States.

Great internal reflection and soul-searching read.

Thorough introspection/discovery of himself, analyzing based his previous actions and responses to those actions and his willingness to do his part to change future interactions is amazing. I enjoyed the reading and learned a great deal . Here’s to moving forward, forever adapting in this ever-changing beautiful world.
