As a small business owner, I worry about a lot things; P&L, revenue, employees, customers, services and one thing that's crucial but often overlooked is cashflow because my accounts receivable are strong and my bills are being paid. BUT it's the time between the 2 that have created problems. Mr. Biz's cashflow strategies really made me think about the importance of timing...the way to get money quicker and easier then ways to pay vendors to optimize my cash in hand!
