Predictable but ok

The narration was great and was the only thing keeping me hooked. The plot line sounded a lot like a famous unsolved murder case from the nineties which bothered me a bit. It was a tad predictable but held my interest. I took off a star for the ending. No spoilers but it feels unfinished and I hate that with a book that isn’t a series.

I really love the story behind this book, it was original and something new I haven’t read in an RH before. The mixture of CSI, underground crime organizations, and revenge kept me hooked.
