I loved this book! I have 10 kids I am currently homschooling and I have felt so many of these ideas over the years intrinsically but dismissed them in my fears. I have been practicing these methods with my youngest 5 and olders when I can, I am seeing astounding progress and connections. Thank you Durenda!

Best parenting book

This book is the best parenting book I have ever read. I have 10 children, one that is 18. We recently experienced a very challenging time in our lives and parenting. As I listened, so much of what he said made sense and felt more intuitive. I was still very peer oriented as an adult and did not know the deleterious effects. I have been inspired to be there for my children like never before. I have never experienced this kind of heart change in parenting or seen results so quickly that led to a happier, whole, and healthy family.

This book has given me so much good brain food. I had to look closely at myself and the changes I want to make for my children. I have only implemented a small amount of his advice and I have seen such great results! My son is taking on his own life. So proud of him and thankful for this advice.

Loved this book

This is a good and hard message to hear. I did not see proper restoration and reconciliation growing up. I knew God was different than many things I saw but was unable to see past my own fear and feelings to understand that punishment is not from God. It is also very hard for me to face the fact that I am responsible to restore and seek connection in relationships. I have spent many years building my walls and now I see I actually built my own prison. Far away from the connection, love, and restoration I have needed.

Best book I have ever read.

if you seek answers you will find at least 12 here. There is so much fodder to change your life here, i will have to, and want to, reread this for years. If I can put the wisdom in this book into practice and recommend that someone do the same we will be a much better world.
