Many situations we face require a particular predisposition and specific behavior. We often can’t behave properly, not only because of a lack of awareness, but also because of limitations posed by our bodies. It is very interesting how much depends on the well-being and physical fitness of your body. Unfortunately, many people don’t know much about the processes that drive it. I will do my best to make sure that in this book you learn about important issues related to your physical well-being and how to use them in practice.

This book provides useful information & perspective for men (especially for single, lonely, & porn-addicted men) who may suffer silently with this issue.
The author’s firsthand anecdotes of his experience in a porn-infected mind & his account of how he evolved out of it further provides a sense of hope that you the reader can also free yourself from the chains of this limiting habit…while there is still time left.

Historia
Creative work doesn't come with a guarantee. But there is a pattern to who succeeds and who doesn't. And engaging in the consistent practice of its pursuit is the best way forward. Based on the breakthrough Akimbo workshop pioneered by legendary author Seth Godin, The Practice will help you get unstuck and find the courage to make and share creative work. Godin insists that writer's block is a myth, that consistency is far more important than authenticity, and that experiencing the imposter syndrome is a sign that you're a well-adjusted human.

Life-Changing
Revisado: 05-02-20
This book is great for anyone suffering internal conflict due to a desire to pursue an artistic endeavor and not necessarily a ‘practical career.’
This uses the stories of thriving artists to help paint a practical way to be an artist
and not have to make some leap of faith into a more likely poverty & existential suffering.

Our "30-is-the-new-20" culture tells us that the twentysomething years don't matter. Some say they are an extended adolescence. Others call them an emerging adulthood. But 30 is not the new 20. In this enlightening book, Dr. Meg Jay reveals how many twentysomethings have been caught in a swirl of hype and misinformation that has trivialized what are actually the most defining years of adulthood.

Life-Saving Book
Revisado: 01-16-20
This book is unlike any other I have read. In my quest to find answers in my mid-20’s, this work has truly been a godsend.
I highly recommend this book, especially to any anxious post-college individual struggling to find his/her place in the world.
This book is a reminder that they are not alone and that there is hope to turn things around for the better.

A Keystone Read
Revisado: 05-15-19
This book has been a eye opener for me, and I’m sure that it will be for any other being who comes across it. Greene uses terrific tales of our past to serve as examples as to show how the elements of our nature are inseparable from who we are as individuals and groups alike...despite the constant changes that come with time.
Not only does Greene captivate the reader with his magnificent storytelling—he also provides HOW-TO steps to help the reader take practical steps toward molding themselves into that more ideal, realistic, and human version of themselves they always wanted to be.
