To be fair, it may have some useful advice if you're just starting out in life. I listened to the entire book in the hope that eventually there would be something useful outside of what I think is everyday common knowledge. Unless you were sheltered from the world, raised without television, internet, or perhaps even parents to tell you to bathe, wear deodorant, and brush your teeth...I can't wholly recommend this audiobook.
