lacked continuity
Revisado: 01-26-23
The flow of the story was distracting and difficult to follow at times because of a lack of continuity in the plot.

Historia
Ex-Special Forces operator Tom Keeler is a rambling man. He’s just passing through the town of Alencourt, France, and in less than an hour, someone tries to kill him. Nice place, nice try. But it’s a case of mistaken identity, and they picked the wrong guy. The French police can’t be trusted, except for the beautiful Cecile Nazari. She finds out fast that keeping up with Keeler is a dangerous occupation. Because someone’s preying on the weak and unprotected. Someone murderous. But they never counted on coming up against a guy like Keeler.

ghastly
Revisado: 12-25-22
Couldn't make it through the first chapter. If the author learns to use sentences longer than five words, and you can find a reader that isn't trying so hard to sound cynically macho, I might try again.

Replied murmured shouted

Good plot, lovely to twists & turns. Author uses the verb 'said' to the point of distraction when it is read aloud.

don't bother
Revisado: 09-30-19
The first book was fun and entertaining; this one is just tedious. Wish I hadn't purchased books 2 aand 3.

outstanding book!

love this book! The characters just came to life in the writing and in the reading, you couldn't help but find great love for Vivian. The history involved was finely drawn. Wonderful book!
