Great guide for some mild emotional problems

I definitely found value in this book. Even though this kind of treatment is a kind of advanced practical therapy, for some mild everyday things, it should be enough. For more severe problems, I advise going for a professional therapist.

My success story.

I am 45 years old woman. Since my childhood, I didn't know too much about nutrition, and I was eating pretty much what my parents and friends have told me. And it has been like this for the last 30 years, I was eating whatever I wanted and whatever was delicious to me. Everything had changed when I hit my 40's and the food I was just burning before started to accumulate in various places on my body. I didn't feel as pretty as before, and I didn't know why my weight shot up so fast. I joined the gym and started exercising, did that for 2 months, unfortunately, nothing changed and my weight stayed the same. I also tried various diets, like cucumber, orange, only water diet. I lost a lot of weight in the beginning each time but every time I found myself gaining the weight back up and even more.
It was a never-ending circle until I finally found the Keto diet and purchased the "Healthy Keto Diet for Beginners" book. It completely changed my understanding of nutrition, and it's inportance to my body shape and overall health. More important than that, it is delicious and I can stick o it for a long time. What is the purpose of getting on a diet if you are not gonna stay on it for a long time, and you excess kilos will come back?
Thank you very much for such an outstanding book!

I have kids so the diet I choose has to mesh well with the diet they have. Keto seems like something I can try. I won’t be compromising their protein intake, but I can easily adjust mine to meet the requirements of the diet. It's doable! And I'm sure my kids won't mind the extra bacon once in a while.
