It's hilarious. If the text is five stars, the narration deserves six. Just be open and listen.

Historia
One afternoon - after another failed attempt to get motivated to exercise - I (accidentally) started my first mini habit. I initially committed to do one push-up, and it turned into a full workout. I was shocked. This "stupid idea" wasn't supposed to work. I was shocked again when my success with this strategy continued for months (and to this day). I had to consider that maybe I wasn't the problem in those 10 years of mediocre results. Maybe it was my prior strategies that were ineffective, despite being oft-repeated as "the way to change" in countless books.

The Title Says It All
Revisado: 10-12-16
This book is based on a very simple idea. Even by reading it's title or listening the 5 minutes sample you can grasp it's message and start practicing today. Would I still recommend you to buy the book then? Absolutely. If you haven't start moving towards your goals through mini habits yet, Stephen Guise does a good job explaining you why and how you should be utilizing the power of "Less is More" .

Historia
This collection brings together for the first time Ajahn Chah's most powerful teachings, including those on meditation, liberation from suffering, calming the mind, enlightenment and the "living dhamma". Most of these talks have previously only been available in limited, private editions and the publication of Food for the Heart, therefore, represents a momentous occasion: the hugely increased accessibility of his words and wisdom.

You Don't Need to be a Buddhist to Understand Him
Revisado: 09-17-16
I have been a Buddhist most of my life. I didn't meet Ajahn Chah while he was alive. I don't know Thai. I am listening his words from a translation, yet I can see how easy he communicated things, feel how uncluttered his mind was.
If you are not a Buddhist, this book will help you to understand what Buddhism is about. If you are just at the beginning your practice, his words will address many of your confusions. If you are deep into your practice, he'll clear the sky for you. It really is food for all hearts.
Graeme Malcolm's narration is very good. He is neither monotone nor overexcited. Overall I am recommending this audiobook for all listeners.

Historia
There were many reasons Moby was never going to make it as a DJ and musician in the New York club scene. This was the New York of Palladium; of Mars, Limelight, and Twilo; of unchecked, drug-fueled hedonism in pumping clubs where dance music was still largely underground, popular chiefly among working-class African Americans and Latinos. And then there was Moby - not just a poor, skinny white kid from Connecticut but a devout Christian, a vegan, and a teetotaler.

A Raw and Honest Memoir
Revisado: 09-13-16
It's not easy to be so open about your worries and shortcoming specially you are writing them down as a memoir and the book will stay around for a long time. Porcelain is strong, raw, honest, sometimes impressive, sometimes ugly, much like the life itself. Moby fan or not you may still appreciate the story of a not-so-fortunate kid and his struggles, while becoming one of the best musicians of his genre.
I took one star away from it because most of the book is about his social interactions and fears. There is very little space for inspiration and creativity.
Overall it's a good listen and Moby does a great job narrating it himself.

An incredible but true account of achieving one of the most awe-inspiring midlife physical transformations ever. In October 2006, the night before he was to turn 40, Rich experienced a chilling glimpse of his future. Nearly 50 pounds overweight and unable to climb the stairs without stopping, he saw where his sedentary lifestyle was taking him. Most of us look the other way when granted such a moment of clarity, but not Rich.

Honest, encouraging, and informative. The author does a good job voicing his own book. Even if you dont intend to follow a plant based diet give his story a chance.

A Must Read
Revisado: 02-10-16
The text may seem to be too heavy if you are only looking for a self-help book, but it is a five star read if you are interested in Buddhist philosophy.
Narrators performance is also great.
