His own personal story on how he came to America from India and then grew a multi million dollar enterprise, is inspiring and helps create the background for the entire book. I have several actionable takeaways I am going to apply in my businesses, when it comes to ensuring I retain the best possible. Highly recommend this book to any entrepreneur who wants to grow their company with the right talented people!
