Finished this audible book on Friday. I have now recommended this book to about 5 other people including my daughter and mother! Love that she gives CONCRETE suggestions. Went out by myself Friday night and made several friends, including a man (just a friend, but still!) that I met for a trail run the next day. Even my errands are fun now because adventure awaits at every stop. Highly recommend!
