You Don't Have To Be A Huge Stones Fan

Total
5 out of 5 stars

Revisado: 11-07-10

Keith Richards' honesty is what makes this book so good. He knows what he is, and it often aint pretty, but he tells the truth. Anybody can relate to this book. You don't have to be or have been a huge Stones fan. I wasn't. A unique life story well told. It answers the question where on earth did all that great music come from.

I Take Back What I Said

5 out of 5 stars

I take back what I said in my previous review about this being too short for a whole book credit. Yeah, it's short, but it's really great and more than worth it. Go for it!

Even if you saw the movie or read the book Alive, which I did not, Miracle In The Andes is an emotionally wrenching and intellectually challenging literary event you will never forget. It is a story of both action and character. It will make you think about life, and death, and love, and God, all the greatest literary themes, as only the best literature can. Nando Parrado is someone we can all learn from. A joyously excellent and timeless read for both men and women, most highly recommended.

Right On & In Your Face

Thank God there is an Ann Coulter! "Godless" is a valuable resource in the continuing reeducation of people like me who hadn't connected all the dots of the skewed perspective of liberals and their media. My liberal friends say she's "so full of hate." That's ridiculous. She's intelligent, she's funny, and she cares deeply about people and the truth. She's just not sentimental, not PC, and she's not afraid. I've read three of her books now and I recommend all of them. "Godless" is a good place to start if you haven't read any of the others.
