I couldn't finish listening to this book. The gross mispronunciations of fairly common people and locations turned me off from the start. Also the story is so generalistic, it is of little use to anyone but neophytes. Try Balkan Ghosts or Black Lamb and Grey Falcon instead.

Professor Dershowitz lays out a cogent argument that illustrates the legal and constitutional limits to impeach an unpopular President. However, I think his argument for a bifurcated Attorney General misses the mark. As an officer of the United States, the AG swears or affirms allegiance, not to an individual, but to an idea - The Constitution. Therefore there is no need to separate the office into two positions, one loyal to the President and another bound to the law.
