Good story; adequate narration

Really enjoyed the story. It could have been great if they had chosen a narrator with more variety in voices. I loved he used a Christopher Lloyd voice (Jim from Taxi) for Tripp. Everyone else were pretty much the same.
I’ll still be listening to the next one anyway.

Loved The Martian and Project Hail Mary did not disappoint. I had only read the description but wow was I surprised. The book went into a direction I had not even expected. At first I was “oh no, not again” but was soon drawn in and couldn’t stop until I finished it. I even neglected my weekly podcasts to finish this one.

Summer vacation listen

We visited Chincoteague over the summer and listed to this on our ride. The story was a great read when I was a child but just "okay" as an adult. The simplicity of the story really shows through. Little kids (as I once was) will really enjoy it. Go visit the National Park though! It's great!
