This is a wonderful book for understanding the word of God and how it pertains to us in the words that we speak. He goes into understanding on a neurology type level where the word of God is revealed. He shows how prayer can change things with using the Holy Spirit as your guide and to be clear about what it is you want want in life and he breaks it down in a practical way practical way. I would recommend this book for anyone young and old .
