The best book of 2020... or ever

Lysa literally could have been talking about me. Maybe not the exact circumstances, but the thoughts, responses, hurts and learning processes were spot on. This is more than a book on just plain old forgiveness. This is real, raw truth about every piece of real life hurts and how we deal with them. This is also direct and honest about what GOD says about forgiveness, NOT what people say. I've read pretty much all of Lysa's books and this was the most guy wrenching, honest, nod-my-head-in-agreement book she's ever written. Who says God can't take the worst heartache and make good come from it? It's proven right here on the words in this book. Don't miss what is offered here!

Thank you again Natalie Grant for speaking life and truth in the most beautiful way. I love your heart for people and for God. The way you wove God's truth with vocal truths was so, so well done. I'm glad I listened, as your voice somehow communicates your heart in ways that one reading it would just not convey.

a waste of listening time

Boring, a complete lack of any actual usable information. Also, I'm curious as to why this guy would think I was remotely interested in his story about being high and arguing over where to get a burger, including enough cussing to be unnecessary and annoying. I hate that I wasted even the $3 I spent.

I've read multiple books on this subject, and this book was by far, the very best one I've ever listened to. Reassuring me that I'm not insane, practical ways to handle different relationships, and the confidence to walk out my own wellbeing without condemnation. Another book knocked out of the park by Gary Thomas. Thank you!!

So, so good!

This book was so incredibly well written and practical. I cried through much of it, as I could perfectly relate to what she shared in this season of life. If you struggle with loneliness, or feeling unloved in any way this book is very much for you. I also usually hate when anyone other than the author reads their books, but the lady who did this one did a really nice job of capturing her message and speaking to my heart.

The perfect book at the perfect needed time I my life. His content is regularly killer and always on point. I'm glad he read the book himself as his heart comes through with every word. Worth the read for sure!
