A really admirable story, backed with solid references and in-depth scientific information. I’m a big fan of Dr. Noakes and I’m thankful for his knowledge and courage for speaking the truth in a world where that is becoming increasingly challenging.

Insightful and inspiring

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Dr. Lipton's book. It was well written, well-researched, thoughtful and inspiring. I've heard him speak and I love his take on the confluence of bilogy and spirit. I have also had positive experiences with energy medicine as a complement to conventional, holistic and functional practices, and his reseach validates the mechanisms by which these can work well together.
