There are of course sometimes physiological reasons why a man has a problem with erections but I am assuming that one of the reasons you are reading this is because at some level you have recognised that the problem is partly if not entirely psychological. Anxiety plays a big role in sexual problems and can sometimes produce an almost phobic response of fear and a man can only maintain an erection naturally if he is feeling relaxed.

all the tapes are the same thing except for a few changing in the words. A circus theme in the middle of it into people talking at one time very very distracting. his tapes are a joke in a waste of time.
