Kept my attention
Revisado: 07-04-24
I liked how this book flowed, and it was not at all boring. I read it all in one sitting! I would definitely purchase this author’s books in the future, and the narrator did an excellent job.

Outstanding performance by excellent actors, in a storyline impossible to put down until a most satisfying ending!
Revisado: 01-03-24
The best review I can give is to repeat what I said in the title of my review. The only thing I’d like to add is that this exciting performance of an audiobook is one of the best I’ve ever “read”, literally, every moment packed with the perfect mix of intrigue, suspense, and nailbiting adventure! It put a smile on my face multiple times, with the incredibly timed banter, and an especially satisfying ending, as previously stated!

This was a very good short summary of this book! I liked that it was very brief, but it was a complete summary! I highly recommend this book to anyone who is considering reading the book, by Craig Groeschel! After listening to the summary, I’m definitely going to listen to the book which I’ve already purchased!

No “Ordinary” Grace
Revisado: 12-08-22
Ordinary Grace was surprisingly extraordinary to me. It was beautifully written in a way that draws you into the characters lives, and makes you a part of it in a way that is hard to describe…suddenly, you care about them and want everything to work out for each one of them in a unique way! It’s very interesting!
I found myself pausing the book in order to meditate on some of the life situations the Drum family found themselves in, and to jot down certain insights applicable for possible use in assessing some of my own life experiences.
I didn’t realize when I downloaded the book that it would be as faith based as it is, and I found that the way the author included faith in this story was perfect, not preachy, and actually helped me to strengthen my own faith in a way that I was not at all anticipating. I downloaded this book with the sole intention of enjoying a good read and a mystery that would be fun to figure out. Well, I got that and so much more, and I will not soon forget the beautiful content of this story.
I am so glad I read/listened to Mr. Krueger’s book, and I highly recommend it!

Very Political
Revisado: 08-22-22
If you don’t mind a politically motivated book, then you might like this one. I found it interesting, but, if I had known how political it was, I probably would not have wanted to read it, because of the awful way things are going in America during this time, in 2022.

Best Book I’ve Bought in a Very Long Time!
Revisado: 08-07-22
This is the best book that I’ve read in a very long time! It was so well written, and unique in contact that I could not put it down! It was one of the freshest and newest ideas I’ve heard in a long time and the narrator was excellent, as well!
It was dramatic and a great mystery that kept me guessing until the very end! I can’t say enough good things about this book, so I must highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great new read that was never boring and always exciting! I loved it!
The only thing that I wasn’t thrilled about in this writing, was that there was quite a bit of cursing throughout, But the fact is, because it cursing is so commonplace these days, (sadly, in my humble opinion) it didn’t keep me from enjoying the book much less…the book was just that great in the creative content and storyline!
I definitely think you should take a chance on this one!

Historia
When a young woman is found brutally murdered in her own apartment with an intricate pattern of lines carved into her face, Copenhagen police detectives Jeppe Korner and Anette Werner are assigned to the case. Soon, they establish a link between the victim, Julie Stender, and her landlady, Esther de Laurenti, who’s a bit too fond of drink and the host of raucous dinner parties with her artist friends. Esther also turns out to be a budding novelist - and when Julie turns up as a murder victim in the unfinished mystery she’s writing, the link between fiction and real life grows.

Better Than Expected
Revisado: 01-16-22
Took me a few chapters to get into the story, possibly, because I was distracted. However, once I settled and gave it more attention, I became much more engrossed in the storyline, which was good The characters became real enough to me that I cared about what happened to them. I liked that I couldn’t easily figure it out, and the story became more interesting and kept me guessing.
I actually very much enjoyed this book, and highly recommend it for those who like a good who done it.

Historia
Two words: the bullet. That's all it takes to shatter her life. Caroline Cashion is beautiful, intelligent, a professor of French literature. But in a split second, everything she's known is proved to be a lie. A single bullet, gracefully tapered at one end, is found lodged at the base of her skull. Caroline is stunned. It makes no sense: She has never been shot. She has no entry wound, no scar. Then, over the course of one awful evening, she learns the truth.

Best I’ve Read Yet!
Revisado: 02-18-21
I read some really good books on audible, but Mary Louise KELLY has outdone herself on this one! I couldn’t stop listening, and I finish the back in a few days! Also, Cassandra Campbell is One of my favorite narrators, which made this book even better for me! She is always amazing, and I can see every character and recognize each of them as they speak when Cassandra Campbell is narrating!
I get the feeling that she enjoyed reading this book as much as we enjoyed hearing her read it!
I will definitely share this title with my friends! Love it!

Beautifully Written and Narrated
Revisado: 01-25-21
This book was beautifully written and narrated, and shows how brain illnesses can devastate families, especially when they don’t know what is going on with their family member.
Of course, these days, when properly diagnosed, families who have to deal with this very difficult illness can learn how to get help and support that can help them learn how to help their loved ones.
I believe this book could help to open some people’s eyes who have family members whom they do not understand what is happening.
It may also help people to forgive one another, and to realize that it is not any of their faults, but an illness.
I personally know this! I loved this book!

Really Good
Revisado: 09-08-20
The thing I like most about this that is the narrator. She had the perfect sweet voice for this story, and I loved it! It was a great story as well, and it could be life-changing for some. I know it opened my eyes about a few things that I needed to be reminded of. It was a very positive experience for me.
