Historia
Dear Lily, It’s me, Joy, your older sister. I thought I’d start a new tradition of letter writing - now that we’re long distance. On the plane over here, I began to cry. I think the magnitude of it finally hit me, after everything that happened. I’m sorry for abandoning you - I’ve always been a buffer in your shouting matches with Mum. But I had to leave, Lily, I had to. Anyway, I’m here now. I want to learn to laugh again and to find someone to love who will love me back. Wish me luck, little sister. Love, Joy x

Really marginal and rather boring. Don't waste your time. why do these reviews have to be a certain length?

Historia
Elsa is seven years old and different. Her grandmother is 77 years old and crazy, standing-on-the-balcony-firing-paintball-guns-at-men-who-want-to-talk-about-Jesus crazy. She is also Elsa's best and only friend. At night Elsa takes refuge in her grandmother's stories, in the Land of Almost-Awake and the Kingdom of Miamas, where everybody is different and nobody needs to be normal.

ok well read
Revisado: 05-30-20
This book was OK. The narration was good. The story lacked something. It was a bit stale.

Horrible saccharine book.
Revisado: 05-19-20
This is hands down the worst book I have ever heard. The people live in Sugar City and I can see why. No one is ever cross, the "chuckle constantly (she has used that word at least 30 times) and there is NO story. The people have zero depth. I can't believe this book was published.

A Bit Confusing, But Engaging
Revisado: 05-17-20
While I enjoyed the story and the way everyone fit together, it was a bit confusing to have so many different characters.
