Historia
Travis Miller, his image reformed from the moron who screwed up our first contact with aliens to one of the heroes of the Battle for Eden, is given a new assignment: Retake the occupied colony of Brigantia. Losing it would be a glancing blow to the Tahni Imperium, but it would be Earth’s first solid strike against them, a chance to go on the offensive. Ryan Hendrix and the Fleet Marines will be the tip of the spear, outfitted with their new Aegis-powered armor, while Jessica Leer and her Fleet Strike fighter squadron clear the way for the Marines and their landers.

Dull as dishwater narrator,
Revisado: 04-07-25
Slow and sluggish like he’s on drugs, not exciting or even interesting to listen to. I could get more excitement reading the labels on prescription bottles.

Excellent story telling
Revisado: 09-16-23
I thoroughly enjoyed this story on many levels. Not only is the story good, but it’s compelling to listen to as well. Thanks go to the writer who created such an interesting story plot, and not making the primary focus on the lewd parts. Just enough spice in the mix to keep it interesting but not distracting from the main plot. I’ll be watching for any additional stories from this author and hopefully a sequel to this series as well.

Historia
We were fighting on the wrong side of a war we couldn't win. And that was the good news. The Ruhar hit us on Columbus Day. There we were, innocently drifting along the cosmos on our little blue marble, like the native Americans in 1492. Over the horizon come ships of a technologically advanced, aggressive culture, and BAM! There go the good old days, when humans only got killed by each other. So, Columbus Day. It fits. When the morning sky twinkled again, this time with Kristang starships jumping in to hammer the Ruhar, we thought we were saved.

Unintentionally funny
Revisado: 02-19-23
I found the story to be entertaining and interesting to listen to. The interaction between the two main characters is, at times, actually quite funny. I appreciate the narrator making an effort to convey the story as an actual experience. Too many times the narrator sound like an episode of Dragnet, the story is interesting, with good dialogue between characters I look forward to hearing the entire series.
