This book moves at a very slow pace and I just could not finish it. It has its moments but I feel like the author took way too long on getting to the point/plot. I will not try any of her other books.

Not as good as the first three books.

This book was just ok. I found myself struggling to like both Clay and Talon in this book. She seemed weaker than the other women portrayed in these books. I struggled to finish this book but it is not reflective of the other books in this series.

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
I would not recommend this book to a friend. It was slow at times, left things unanswered and there was no real romance or mystery or really anything enjoyable.
What was most disappointing about Keri Arthur’s story?
I expected more mystery, deeper characters and a more interesting story/background about the Phoenix race. I think I expected too much.
What about Saskia Maarleveld’s performance did you like?
She did a great job with her characters. I enjoyed her performance.
Was Fireborn worth the listening time?
No, but I finished it because I kept hoping it would get better.
