Excellent resource for women with ADHD!

There’s a lot of information in here. As a life coach and a woman with ADHD, I had already learned a lot about best practices to navigate through being neurodiverse. Yet, there was still some new and helpful information in here for me and my clients. The authors also made it relevant by sharing parts of their stories in the book. Loved the resources towards the end!

Prince Harry’s Candor is Surprisingly Refreshing

I thought this was very well written. I was pretty surprised by his candor. I found it refreshing and heartfelt, (maybe a bit “tmi” - re the frostbite) but, mostly felt tremendous compassion for him.
He’s smart and he is a good human being. Diana would be proud. This book is an act of bravery and dedication to his new family and truth. I appreciated him sharing his healing journey from the loss of his mom through adulthood, (including the substance abuse, anxiety and depression). It helps to normalize this for others.
I’m so happy he sought therapy and has met his person and started his own family, away from the British press. They are unethical and dangerous. It’s horrible to hear all the damage they’ve done with zero consequences.

I listened to this over a few days and found it to be delightful and moving. Somewhat of a tear jerker at times and very relatable.
