Historia
It’s 1942. German Nazis occupy much of France. And twelve-year-old Miriam, who is Jewish, is not safe. With help and quick thinking, Miri is saved from the roundup that takes her entire Jewish neighborhood. She escapes Paris, landing in a small French village, where the spires of the famous Chateau de Chenonceau rise high into the sky, its bridge across the River Cher like a promise, a fairy tale.

oh yay! vader and pal- oh wait, these guys exist
Revisado: 11-22-19
sigh, i was hoping for a professional story, about sidious and vader not having them as side characters who are only there for the name as a trap but instead we get more rebel plot armor
even as a imperial supporter, i still try to look at the rebels point of view, but as far as i can tell, these rebels shouldnt even really feel the difference, if the empire kept the name of republic, the rebbelion wouldnt know the difference
im tired of thee space terrorist getting the spot light and i came here for another of some of the good books, like bane, revan, and thrawn that follow imperials/sith not for more rebels
LOOK AT THE COVER! does it have a single twilek in it? (dang, darth bane was fighting a twilek when i wrote the word) nope, only vader and palps, who make up about a third of this book, i was hoping to delve more into them, see there thoughts, ee how they see, but nope, every single possible character development moment, instead we switch to the twileks (twilek) or theres a threat
Also, palpatine is the emporer of a giant empire which rules over trillions, and vader is his apprentice, one of the most feared beings in the galaxy if not the most, and yet they arent in the executor, or a different upgraded super star destroyer? (twilek) nope, and why are idiots in charge? instead of say a admiral or tarkin accompying them, we have whosits and whatsits whos names we wont remember to the end of the book
and why are all these troopers adverage? why no upgraded stormtroopers? they must exist, why none of vaders elite troopers, nope, not even for a rebellious planet like ryloth, and no serious background checks for the twileks who board, or other star desstroyer guards? im calling bantha dung on that
this story adds nothing new, just stacking on old information, books like thrawn (my second fav star wars character) actually create stuff, like, mining companies, stasis locking, ect, filling in the cracks, not just telling us what we already know
all in all, if your a rebels fan who doesnt want to hear about the emporer and his apprentice (palps and vader) then read this, if you want character development for them, read plaguies for palps, and watch tcw for vader (odd since there names in no way suggest they will be in it)

Historia
One of the most cunning and merciless officers of the First Order, Captain Phasma commands the favor of her superiors, the respect of her peers, and the terror of her enemies. But for all her renown, Phasma remains as virtually unknown as the impassive expression on her gleaming chrome helmet. Now, an adversary is bent on unearthing her mysterious origins - and exposing a secret she guards as zealously and ruthlessly as she serves her masters.

savage character? cue Ryan
Revisado: 07-14-19
I honestly like it (not just because im a imperial lover) it gives backstory to the savage that is phasma and also makes her death seem lest justified, guess it fit with Ryans killing of the fandom, the problem is that we didn't see enough of her in it, I was yawning when we went back to the first order ship because, even though it introduces realism to the minds of first order children (unlike finn) it just doesn't seem to fit with phasma, I'll be honest, I would like to see a cardinal book but him in here along with the spy whose name I didn't bother to remember, brings the story down, not enough to lower the score, but enough to mention
