Not easy to listen to chat messages being read
Revisado: 09-09-22
The book (which we could not finish) may be great but there are chat messages throughout the early chapters that are endlessly read outloud that has all the listening appeal of sitting through a graduation ceremony. I'm si disappointed. My husband and I were looking forward to listening to this on a trip. we are fans of the series. He refused to listen to anymore after chapter 38. We will have to finish it in print another time.

Set up for a sequel?
Revisado: 08-28-21
Love this book. Like many others I wondered why change narrators but I realized they also changed the book by adding the Earth Journals. When I listened to the new ending I thought it was a perfect set up for a sequel.
Will Weaton did a great job as narrator eventhough I loved the original version with R C Bray. Different but both excellent.

Good listen.
Revisado: 07-13-20
I looked forward to listening to this book each time I got a chance. Well written and smart. Characters interesting and believable. Not hard to follow when listening. The narrator was perfect. Not overly dramatic but clearly defined each voice so they were recognizeable.

ugh!
Revisado: 06-08-16
don't waste your time listening to this entire short book. listen to the last chapter as it recounts each point covered by the other chapters.
the author repeats himself as many as four times with each 'tip' given. awful. I actually thought my recording was skipping like a vinyl record at times.
the message may be worthwhile, but the substance could have been just as adequately presented as a list of bullet points on a single paged word document.

Can't believe I paid for this
Revisado: 09-20-15
I was so disappointed. I only listened to most of it as I was working over a weekend and had nothing else downloaded. even still I skipped over several of the last chapters. if I want my characters to have magical and over explained super powers I will read a fantasy book.
