I would wholeheartedly say the affirmations are the best way to make yourself happy at night; when you go to sleep, you can rest assured you are going to feel rejuvenated in the morning after listening to this audiobook and repeating the affirmations as you go. what I think is crazy is that they work even better at this time because it sinks into your subconscious when you are sleepy. crazy!
