The Biggest Eff You of a cliffhanger. Disappointed.

I enjoy the narrators. I enjoyed the most of this book. I hated the ending. Lucian shows up, some person of the order thinks it’s okay to be a cruel b!tch, and now I’m just let down.

Way to kill the momentum.

Again, narration was great. The pickup where we left off was good. This cliffhanger just let me down. Huge disappointment. This killed it for me. Sorry.

Sparks and Bonds 🤩

This book was a refreshing change from the typical Beta story. I enjoyed the fact that the FMC’s POV (Beta) and story was highlighted, the focus! The male narration was heavenly and just right. The female narration was great when she was narrating female—the female doing male voices was stiff.

For me, this was a feel good story about the Beta…instead of one feeling like they constantly run second to the Omega. It left me feeling whole after reading and listening. The Omega (Male) was insistent upon the Beta (FMC) getting as much attention and love as he got from the pack members. The way the FMC bonded with all the pack members and built her relationships, was beautiful!

I have this in all 3 formats 🎧 📖 📱 …WORTH IT!!

I got to hear and imagine My Boo...Tyson Crawford 😍

The FMC embraced what she wanted on a surface level, and later, embraced her love. I always love spending time in The L.O.R.D.S. universe and finding out things that tie together. Colton and Raylee are matched, toe to toe, GO toe to toe, and they are each other's fight and breath.

The narration was beautifully done! MMC and FMC did a fantastic job with this one 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

There is content in this book that may be triggering to some--PLEASE check the content warnings before going in blind. Shantel Tessier is talented author and the stories she has created for each of her characters has been nothing short of marvelous!

Who knew a dark fae king could do it for me! 💁🏻‍♀️

This story starts with all the good stuff about fae, females, males, and humans. I liked the main characters development in their bonding. The only part I didn’t like, was the abrupt change of direction for these characters (all of them). Wonderful choice for narration! I’ll be reading the next in the series 📖🎧

I sssooo want my own Kingman brother!! The performances, by the narrators, was exactly the right tone and speed. Love me some Jacob Morgan narration 🫶🏻 Amy Award has done a great job of continuing characters in this series, so far. I look forward to listening and reading more about the Kingmans!

The MMC is what saved this story!

I'm going to do the thing, that I thought I'd never do, and give my opinion (no matter how low) on a story. I originally purchased this audiobook because it had a trope that I enjoy--Age Gap. It isn't a severe, skating the lines age gap. But, here we go...

So, the only thing I liked about this audiobook is that the MMC encompassed everything I enjoy. 👀 😅 I loved the male narrator and every time this man said "princess", I fell for the character 🫶🏻 The female narrator has a good voice, I liked her performance (as far voice goes). What I despised...loathed...rolled my eyes (quite hard) at...and cursed...was the FMC!!! More than once (out loud!), I sighed heavily at this characters self sabotage and martyrdom and said "Girl! Get off your cross! Somebody else needs the wood!"--The MMC saved this from a HARD DNF. The characters got their HEA. The only thing that made me happy, was the knowledge that the MMC got what his heart, body, and soul deserved...LOVE.

Great work by the female and main male narrator! By the end, I definitely thought to myself *Self, this is why the son and the FMC didn't end up together (thank God). It was always meant to be Drake and Sianna. Can't f*c| with love that's meant to be!*

I gotta be honest…

I liked reading the book better than listening to the audio. It could’ve been cleaner…the audio. The storyline is good-ish. I’m struggling to find something that I enjoyed…

The audio had no LIFE. It was flat. They (narrators) were reading a script. That, was painfully obvious.

I did end up reading it in a day…over this weekend. I bought the main series books in 📖 form and 🎧…
so I guess we’ll see…maybe? 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️

Please let it get better… 🤦🏻‍♀️

The way these 2 fell hard 🫶🏻 so cute

This story was cute, romantic in places, and it was the HEA that was deserved! Jacob Morgan is one of my absolute favorites, when it comes to male narrators. I purchased the audio and the paperback! I’m usually a dark romance girl…but the way Morgan narrated the MMC just made it a little fave of mine.

The right amount of 🌶️ & ♥️

The narration was on point! I liked the characters—the progression of the relationship/s was filled with so much more than just sex. I think things were tied up too quickly at the end. Hopefully, I will read updates on the families involved. My plan, is to get more of the books and novellas of Sinners Bay. This series, that Elizabeth Bardot wrote, is worth the listen/credit/amazon purchase/KU. She also blended the other characters, from other books in this series, into this one. It will be an easy transition to get into the 2nd, the 3rd, 4th, and on down the line for this series.

Joe Arden delivers, yet again!! 🤩 The female narrator is fantastic too!

The narration for the FMC, done by Heather Firth, was amazing! I don’t have favorite female narrators…at least I didn’t until NOW 😉 For what was mentioned in the story, it could’ve been stretched out a little more. I hope that maybe there’s more—I would love there to be more 😍
