What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
For starters the narrator rushed through the book way to quickly. It almost felt like a robot is reading it. As for the content, it was not a comprehensive book of all Hashimoto's symptoms. Pretty much the same info one might get from WebMD.
I would've liked to see an itemized symptom list and a particular approach to alleviate each symptom.
