Historia
For 12,000 years the Galactic Empire has ruled supreme. Now it is dying. But only Hari Seldon, creator of the revolutionary science of psychohistory, can see into the future - to a dark age of ignorance, barbarism, and warfare that will last thirty thousand years. To preserve knowledge and save humankind, Seldon gathers the best minds in the Empire - both scientists and scholars - and brings them to a bleak planet at the edge of the galaxy to serve as a beacon of hope for future generations. He calls his sanctuary the Foundation.

Historia
For a game, the gods have given the world 12 Swords of Power so that they might be amused as the nations battle for their possession. But Vulcan the Smith has had his own little joke: the Swords can kill the gods themselves. What started out as Divine Jest has become all too serious as the gods fight to recover the Swords, and mortals discover that the mantle of power is more delicious and more terrible than anything they could have imagined.

the book seems to be missing sections, sentences end abruptly and skips to the next chapter.

as good or better than ol Lovecraft!
Revisado: 04-22-17
fantastic collection that feels like cannon! maybe not 100% like lovecraft in everyway but this is a good thing! these stories each excell in some respect; creating a sense of dread, having familiar characters or shared back story, expanding on old tales as they are in a modern setting, etc.
