This book picks up where book one left off and Syrsee and Ryet's relationship evolves throughout the book. You also learn what Josep and Paul are trying to achieve. I think Josep might be darker than Paul and and I can't wait to see how things play out in book three. Does Paul actually have a heart? Will Josep come around and see things Paul's way? What's going to happen to Syrsee and Ryet in the end. We will find out soon!

The narrator's did an amazing job and you won't regret listening to it.

Olive’s Story

This is book 4 in the series and oh my goodness…you are going to love this book! The series keeps getting better with every book. You are introduced to Olive, Brose, and Shep in this one. Who does Olive end up with in the end? You will have to read it to find out but it is an amazing ride that may have you wondering wtf you just read at the end. It will have you thinking hard when you finish it. I can’t wait to read the next book and am looking forward to reading about Revenant (hopefully) in 2026.

The narrators did an amazing job with this book and you won’t regret purchasing it. I can’t wait listen to these books again.

What a ride...

What a ride this book was. You have to listen to it ASAP! Just jump in blind and enjoy the ride. I have never read a book like this before and I enjoyed it so much.

Tau City seems like a beautiful place to live. Until all hell breaks loose. Clara and Finn were childhood friends turned lovers and their relationship came to a tragic end. Clara was sent off to the tower god and met some interesting characters on the other side of the tower door. (Tyse and Aneeta) There are a variety of characters for you to love or hate. Julie said we were going to have to choose a side but I'm not sure I can do that. I like Tyse and Clara's adventure together but I can't hate Finn. (Thank you CJ mission for that.) Finn had his world turned upside down and I'm hoping he can redeem himself more in the next book. Jasina, I could do without you. I never warmed up to her for some reason. And Aneeta...you always have to wonder what she is up to. I hope you can do a better job than me in choosing a side, lol.

So, what are you waiting for, Grab a copy of this audiobook. You are going to love it. The narrators did a great job.

You’re gonna love this book

I adored this audiobook. Clover is having a really bad day and I was surprised at how she was kidnapped. I may have even laughed at it. 🤭 You are going to fall in love with the drama queen and her smitten kidnapper from the very beginning. I loved Riggs from the start and the narrators did an amazing job capturing the personalities of the characters. I may not get over a certain incident that happens at the end of the book but Julie redeemed herself a smidgen in the epilogues so I’ll forgive her for it, lol.

I recommend you start with the first book in this series (The Rumble and the Glory) to fully understand this book.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Loving this series

I’m really loving this series. This is book two and I may love Amon a little more than Collin. Him courting Rosie was just the cutest and I found myself smiling throughout most of the book. There is some drama and mystery in this book, which made me love it more. I want to know what is in those canisters and what exactly is going on underground.

I will definitely listen to this book again. Teddy Hamilton is one of my favorite narrators and did an amazing job, along with Ava Erickson.

You won’t be disappointed purchasing this audiobook.

Another Hit from JA Huss

I adored this story. Lowyn and Collin were a cute couple and I’m glad they found each other again after all these years. This book is filled with all the feels. It had me laughing at times, gasping at the things I didn’t see coming, and feeling sorry for what the characters had been through. I loved how Collin started to soften up to Mercy (the dog).

I don’t want to spoil anything but you need to start this series ASAP. I cannot wait to see where this story goes.

This is also my first time listening to CJ Mission and Jill Redfield. They did an amazing job narrating this book.
