Paula Hawkins is such a good writer!! OMG…yes.

This book was read so well by Rosamund Pike. She had the voices changed in a subtle way that was perfect! No over the top irritating changes. The story kept me fascinated. The way the author gives a bit of information and then explains it with details of the past later - so cool!! No boring dialogue…her way with words had me crying in several scenes. Great listen all the way around!!

Is it possible to eat well, drink wine, and still lose weight? Melanie Avalon is living proof that it's not only possible, it's unbelievably simple and straightforward. I love this book! Sarah is reading it really well, so she's channeling Melanie's message perfectly. Thanks Melanie, for helping so many people. I am new to IF, less than a year. Many ups and downs - but listening to your book gives me so much hope. It's not about perfection; at all! IF is a lifestyle and I'm doing it. I wanted to do IF for weight loss, but now I realize it's more about my health. My mom is sick and her health in decline mainly because of her poor lifestyle choices. SO, now I'm mainly doing IF for my health and like Melanie says - the weight loss is a nice by-product.

I would listen again; it was so well read by Alison Larkin, and there was a lot of history and personal story details as well. I loved the mix.

Bee was my favorite; she's great, and she is not afraid to admit her mistakes and she's open minded and fun.
What about Alison Larkin’s performance did you like?
I loved Alison Larkin's performance; she can do a lot of accents and she's brilliant. Was else has she done - I'm in!
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
Yes, there were parts that made me laugh and some of the history made me cry. Man, what we do to our children, UGH.
