Great for technique and understanding of the body

This book is really good for understanding ways to pleasure yourself and another person. However if you are Squamish about hearing about polyamorous behavior and won’t be able to see past it then it’s not a book for you.
If you can put the authors point of view of a preferred polyamorous life aside then you will definitely learn a thing or two about how to pleasure yourself and receive pleasure.
