Historia
The first book of its kind, Peak Performance combines the inspiring stories of top performers across a range of capabilities - from athletic, to intellectual, to artistic - with the latest scientific insights into the cognitive and neurochemical factors that drive performance in all domains. In doing so, Peak Performance uncovers new linkages that hold promise as performance enhancers but have been overlooked in our traditionally-siloed ways of thinking.

Historia
Everyone has an opinion on attraction, dating, and relationships - but their opinions are usually based on a sample size of one, themselves. Utilizing studies both new and classic helps us reach a deeper understanding of ourselves and others - why we like who we like and what to do about it. The Science of Attraction is part textbook, with peer-received research, and part advice manual, with thorough analysis and takeaways to create better relationships.

Wished it was more scientific

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?
I would divide this book into two parts: flirtation tactics and engineering of relationships.
Conclusion of the first part is - "It depends". The fact that "it depends" is the reason why people read books to understand and get answers rather than just ask correct questions.
Second part was pretty good. I like bravery of the author not to follow traditional political correctness, when the truth is against it. It felt much better researched with referencing some experiments and giving good explanations.
Overall I would recommend to a friend, if main goal is to understand relationships rather than "picking up hot girl".
Any additional comments?
After listening this, still in search for the better book about this subject.
