Historia
When terrifying, bizarre things kept happening to a hard-working Massachusetts farmer, he did what anyone would do. First, he went to the local police chief. Then he went to his priest. And then he went to Ed and Lorraine Warren, the world's most famous demonologists, who investigated the Amityville horror and other terrifying cases of demonic possession. It was the Warrens who called in one of America's most renowned exorcists, Bishop Robert McKenna. What they all experienced is described in this book

not objective at all. story puts down conservatives blames them for everything but the plumbing and towards the end blamed thrm for that too. never mentioning that almost every voter box on 40 u.s. stats are provided by george soroy, a billion that tries to ruin democracies. and he is greek and backs the left. no more voter frued in person . now w computer voting which is harder tp discovered. . and all democratic political donations are under investigation as fruedulent,
not even a mention of that. ..

good listen
Revisado: 10-13-16
interesting and I give the author a lot of credit for without her larry lee still may be free today and have taken more victims and their lives or at least their bodies. And their mental capacity. However so she prevailed she appears to be the real hero in this book. Although It did drag on in certain places and could have been told in a shorter version. other than that fairly good listen.

the names were confusing. but overall an interesting read. i like that the author kept it the shorter length. this way he went right to the meat of the story. not messing around w boring, drawn out details. other authors should use this example. .

Excellent story
Revisado: 09-20-16
Very interesting. This true story kept my interest from beginning to end. Author was able to carry the story over 35yrs keep it together, never confusing the reader. The little humor at the very end whether intentional or not was as a breath of fresh air...after a frustrating, search for the killer... This story and the Narrator deserve better reviews that what it has been receiving, and i highly recommended this listen to all true crime lovers.

Revisado: 09-18-16
through the story is similar to other missing children stories. the similarities stop there. in the telling of his brothers missing and murder at age 11, author only 4yrs old at the time in 1973. the author shares a survival of grief and suffering that could be made into a universal model for anyone dealing w grief. i place on equal footing as MANS SEARCH FOR MEANING but for laymen. a beautiful example of Victor Frankels model in action. plus so much more. Beatifully written, even poetic at times. pinchot as narrator brings David Kushners srory to life. adding emotion when needed. it sounds so authentic, the listener questions "maybe pinchot did become emotional when narrating?". this is one man's personal struggle that includes his family's societies ,community and spirituality.. one book that needs to be listened to rather than read.

Historia
No One Would Listen is the exclusive story of the Harry Markopolos-lead investigation into Bernie Madoff and his $65 billion Ponzi scheme. While a lot has been written about Madoff's scam, few actually know how Markopolos and his team - affectionately called "the Fox Hounds" by Markopolos himself - uncovered what Madoff was doing years before this financial disaster reached its pinnacle. Unfortunately, no one listened, until the damage of the world's largest financial fraud ever was irreversible.

thank goodness its year 2016, and we still have the grizzlies with us. unfortunately or fortunately we still also have man.
jack olsen is ausome. pierce narration fit this title well, i now feels he is much better at drama , documentaries, or even tear jerkers. i do not think pierce fit true crime.. his voice is like a song not nearly menacing enough 4 murder mystery or Jack olsen true crime novels, almost didn't listen to this thought i didn't care for pierce but its just the type of story he fits as this one, just not true crime.
