I have read all the Mitch Rapp books and this one did not disappoint. Another great story from Vince Flynn and another great performance by George Guidall. If you like action, trauma and intrigue you will love this book. I highly recommend the whole series.

A difficult and frustrating listen. I listened to the original You on a Diet years ago and figured this would be an updated version with some extras, eureka, not even close. First off I had forgotten how annoying Dr. Roisen’s voice can be and the corniness of his attempts at humor made the listen even worse. I was so relieved when the girl (who ever she is) started doing the majority of the reading. I doubt I could have finished this book if I had to listen to Dr. Roisen read any more than he did.
The first half of the book had some good information, much like the original. The second half was a total waste of my time. I’m not obese, nor am I an emotional train wreck trying to deal with an overload of stress by eating myself to death. If you fit this description, than this book is for you. I’m a relatively healthy 62 year old carrying an extra 10 -20 pounds that’s looking for a healthy way to shed a few pounds and improve my health. For that reason the whole second half of this book was a waste of my time

This series has become my all-time favorite. It’s packed with action and adventure, romance, suspense and great characters. I’m a stickler for details and Anderson makes sure that everything that happens has a practical and logical explanation. My wife thinks some of Dufris narration gets kind of corny but having listened to him narrate all of the books, the voices and accents he uses for the different characters just seem normal to me. I highly recommend this series of books.

If this is your first Bob Rotella book I think you will find it informative, motivational and an enjoyable read. I have read 2 or 3 of his previous books and found this one to have the exact same information only with some updated examples and a new title.

If you've read one you have read them all, but for a first timer wanting to improve your mental golf game, I would recommend it.

I thought the book is well written, very informative on both Tiger the golfer and as a person and golf in general. I also think Hank did an excellent job of narrating his book. I had two main reasons for reading the book; first for my interest in Hank Haney’s golf training methods and then to find out what all the controversy was about.
Though it’s not being advertised as a golf instructional book, I found it to be very insightful into the mental side of the game, much of which the average golfer can put to use.
As for the controversy, I found nothing in the book about Tiger, the person, to be any big secret to anyone that follows golf. Hank states numerous times in the book how much he respects Tiger’s golf abilities and thanks him many times for the opportunity to coach him. I thought the book was written from a coach’s perspective, with appropriate observations on Tiger reactions on what Hank was trying to teach him, nothing more, nothing less. I think it’s a great book about golf, period.

Boring

I so wanted to enjoy this book. Hemingway's works are suppose to be classics. This is my second book by this auther. The first "Old Man and the Sea" was just barely tolerable. This one was just plain boring. I'm an outdoorsman and wanted to feel the excitment of Africa and the hunt. Sorry this book doesn't do it for me.
