Thoroughly enjoyed this book. Great storyline, well developed characters. A great read if you enjoy life among sisters, raised in a family with a strong mother and gentle father. Testing the limits of family love and going after your hearts desire even if it means breaking through loving family boundaries. Love conquers all.

Several very interesting storylines that get you thinking about your own life sometimes difficult but so worth getting to the ending of this book which I will consider listening to again at some point.

I don’t typically listen to thrillers but…

As ridiculous as it sounds, I didn’t know this book was a thriller. I had no idea, I chose it while driving my car. I like historical fiction typically. I must admit there were times where I questioned if this book was upsetting me too much with the “thriller” parts of the story which were tough for me to get through but I had so much time invested I needed to know how it would end. Big unexpected twist. Overall, I loved it. I may even venture into the genre of thriller again. Great performance too.
