The title got my attention and I thought this would definitely be worth hearing. It does have some good gems, but it is just a recount of his deals that he made mostly by cutting his commission. There a few good take aways, but mostly just hype. Want to go to the top of your market undercut the competitions commission. There now you learned as much as I did from this book.

The only reason anyone would post a negative review of this book is because they are too afraid to live the 10x life! This book will challenge, change and cheer you on to achieve more than you ever thought possible. In fact, that is what it does it forces you to raise your beliefs in what really is possible and helps you to realize the only thing holding you back is you! I am committing myself to living this 10x life and though I just this moment finished the book and haven't really even started I can tell a HUGE difference in my mindset and I KNOW massive things are going to happen because I now understand what it really takes to make them happen! Don't even think twice! BUY THIS BOOK!!!
