Another Great Book!

This was a great book. I'm an expressive movie-goer and book reader. This one had me talking to myself, Mad at Ambrose, Feeling sad for the pscho-sociopath until wisdom kicked in. Afraid Patsy would show up drunk. Good grief! I loved it. I'm hopeful these characters will turn into a series. It was also nice, the nods to Del and Fazio. Well done!

My least favorite. Marcus was more intriguing, than this story. The back and forth to the various stories didn't work for me. Too exhausting.

I enjoyed the story and found myself laughing out loud quite a bit. I appreciate that the love scenes weren't extreme and constant. it was the right balance. great job!

I truly enjoyed this book. it was stressful and nerve wrecking, but after a good bit of carnage I give it a thumbs up. I was disappointed about Nick and Izzy, but maybe the next book will bring them together.

Just okay for me. Too many obvious failures

Storyline was descent, however so many mistakes that seemed unrealistic. Also too drawn out. The intimate scenes could have been left out. Just random and unnecessary. Just okay for me. Love Therese Plummer.

I'm really trying to like the series. 3 books in and this one was a little worse. So long and drawn out and more whispery. For it to be so long, it coukd have pulled the entire Family scandal out. Just ok.

Frustrated. Brooke is not the smartest agent

Her cop senses come up short. I find it very frustrating that Romeo is a magician and she haphazardly and naively gets dooped time and time again. She is supposed to be this great agent, but she is dense. This book was very frustrating. She behaves like a rookie that grew up in Mayberry.

If you like police stories with mystery, try it!

Enjoyable, mysterious, frustrating. I'm exhausted with Romeo. Great Story. Emily Sutton Smith is one of my favorite story tellers for crime stories.

Too long and drawn out. Too long to correlate

While I enjoy the vampire and werewolf stories in general, the themes are basically the same. So stretched out too. It just seems incomplete. All of this has to build up to a serious fight between all the varying species. Also, I'm not naive about cuss words, but it just seems overused, unnatural and sometimes unnecessary. I need to take a break from this series. Just too much of the same from book to book. The over cooked pregnancy stories are exhausting too.

Reminiscent of the TV show person of Interest

Fairly enjoyable. A bit farfetched at times, but it's fiction. It would be nice if they added a female to the crime fighting team.
