Larry has done an excellent job of organizing and presenting the basics of running a small business well and importantly, profitably. Larry's work is to the point, thorough, easy to understand and he is very pleasant to listen to as well. Anyone running or who intends to run a business would spend time well listening to Larry's book. Congratulations Larry, I will be recommending this book to my clients, for sure.
