This story is an interesting peak into an alternate reality where our pets are as capable as we are, if not more ... it's insane to hear this different type of world come alive through Clark's words, but also so fascinating. The travels of this heroic cat sure kept me on my toes!

This book changed my life!

I had no idea that there were so many healthy ways to lose weight. I shared many of these recipes with my friends and family and they all loved them, but the best part about listening to this book is how good the recipes are for my body! Now that I heard Clark tell me how to use Walker's brilliant recipes, I won't be going back to my old diet.

After listening to Angel Clark's narration of "Carrots? Let Me Explain: Everything You Need to Know and Then Some," I had to see what her beautiful voice could do to a book about apple cider vinegar. I thought "No way ACV could compare to carrots!" but I was blown away by the various uses of the common kitchen ingredient. Still, Angel's voice is my favorite part,as it evenly narrates this insightful information.

The content was not nearly as hilarious as Kevin Hart's "Let Me Explain," but boy was it an exciting book. I had no idea that something I eat so often could be significant in so many ways. The wonders of the carrot used to elude me, but I am forever grateful that I have been enlightened by this treasure of a book. If only I could convince my book club that this is worth the listen, I would make them my favorite carrot dish for us to eat as we talked it over.

Listening to this story felt like sitting on my front porch and sipping a warm cup of coffee before sunrise. Everything is quiet, but the mystery of dawn contains a darkly alluring beauty. I was entranced by the words Clark spoke as she told Avery's tale.
