Kevin is such a talented man. His stories ring true albeit somewhat hatd to believe. His father is hilarious! Loved those stories the best. He worked his butt off and thanks to his courage and natural talent, he reached high success. im a bigger fan now than ever. well done Kev.

Very Entertaining

Al's book is immensely informative and entertaining. His insight into the workings of politics as well as his personal journey in the same is eye opening. His reading is unmatched in humor and feeling. We need more shining stars like him in our world. Thank you Senator Franken for your service and brilliant mind. I hope he runs for president in 2020. It will be hard to choose between him, Bernie and Elizabeth.

Patrick Ness will make you cry

Patrick Ness he's an amazing writer and storyteller and he will bring out your deepest feelings and make you cry. I love this book and I wish it was a little longer but it was a great listen and I would recommend it to any child or adult and any of his other books which I'm listening to right now which I love

i got the first book to listen to help my son with his book report. i loved it so much, i bought the second and third book. i was addicted. great story. great performances. it was beautiful. emotional. mesmerizing. highly recommend the series.

what a wonderful listen this book has been. Mr. Van Dyke add so much to the reading. he is a wonderful man who's led an amazing life. I cant recommend it highly enough.

If you like listening to self serving, pretentious, imature women who think they are smarter and better than most people, then this book is for you! Add a good dose of vocal fry and valley girl inflection and you will be in heaven, or hell as the case may be.

What an entertaining audio book. Having David read it was AWESOME. He is hilarious. I just wish it was longer. he covers a lot of ground but skips his time on my two favorite sitcoms he was in.

uldnt buy into her stories or her narration. She would have you believe that pretty much every man in her life is a drunkard and an abuser. This includes her father who after her mother abandoned the family took on the responsibility of raising the three kids on his own.

The women in the family of course we're all victims that had to endure the men in their lives. They were strong and capable of doing anything including all the manual labor required on a farm which she calls the homestead throughput the book. meanwhile the men just got drunk.

She also gives homespun advise throughout the book which is annoying. Spiritual type that sounds like a came out of a 12 step program. She also uses lots of pretentious adjectives which is also annoying. Some of her stories are just too far fetched to believe like the one where she and a boyfriend got stranded on a deserted Road in Arizona. got towed to a "dusty old town" where a hick mechanic told them it would take a week to get parts (for an engine that seized because the bf let it run out of oil) but they could go and stay at a hotel down the road called the cactus inn and the cranky lady at the cactus inn said if they want they could go down to the Grand Canyon and live with the Indians and when they did the Indian said they'd have to hurd cattle to stay there. wasnt this a brady bunch episode?

What a treat. Loved this audio book. Having Mr. Short narrate made it a delight. He is such a wonderful talent and his humanity really shone though. No pretense. No instinct of "this is BS" to any of his wonderful stories. Very entertaining listen. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

couple of rich frat boys sharing their rude and stupid adventures. if you like juvenile self indulgence then this is for you.
