Audio issues.

There is issues with the audible itself. A chapter just ends without the completion of it. There are sentences that are repeated back to back and then some other issues which was my biggest problem with this book. If you are a religious person at all this might not be for you at all. The narrator was great but the story kind of dragged on and the heroine was a bit all of the place and I wasn’t a huge fan. There is was a lot of repeating. I get it she is an atheist one time was enough and the priest is faithful to his god (but is a huge sinner) hmmmm. It is a long book and for me I got a bit bored. My rating is majority on the issues with the audio.

Don’t buy until this is fixed!!!!!

I love this author and the narrators but this os a waste of credit if you are missing things!!!!

Fan flipping tastic

This is a great read and listen. Love the Narrators as they did a great job and who doesn’t love duet reads. This author does a amazing job with her writing. It’s about high school students so before someone complains about certain behaviors try to remember being a teenager as well. I truly enjoyed this and yes I am a fan of the author. I love the little suspense to the story and wondering what the characters were going to do or not do. I will definitely be listening to this audio again!!

Better than I expectrd

First of all love the Duet… That is always the best audio.. This isn’t your typical story… Each time I thought I knew the story was going to go it didn’t. I don’t want to give spoilers but it was a fun and entertaining story. I love the suspense of it!!!!!

Not what I Expected

I have never read anything by this author nor listen to anything and I was pleasantly surprised. I don’t believe I would have purchased this audible if I had not received it since I did not know the author but I am so glad that I listen to it. At the very beginning I had a hard time with the male narrator for one particular character but otherwise it was done perfectly. I am so invested now to figure out what else has happened so I will be purchasing the additional. It truly was some thing different than the normal stories that are out there in the genre. Barry you I will give it a listen.

Not the best

The plot I guess I missed it… Really these characters were both irritating. A man who treats the woman like she is nothing and the woman is easily appeased because of sex. I mean really screwing your husband while you know he just had sex with another person. How the heck can you love someone even though there is no real communication just sex really!!! I absolutely hated this story and there is no real cliffhanger.. To be honest it is boring and annoying. I tried the 2nd book hoping it would make he like the story but it was worse. I like this author’s other stories but not feeling this..

Not for me

First of all I dislike every character equally because honestly they were all just awful. I absolutely couldn't stand this book nor finish this audible. I don't get the name for the men and really the reason for the whole bullying was just plain ridiculous. These are suppose to be adults but really freshmen high school behavior at best. The female heroine was just as obnoxious as the rest. Honestly all the characters deserve each other because they are all just horrible and beyond annoying!!!! Would I suggest this book or audible... no... save the credit... I wish I had... Try the author's other books because they are so much better than this. I am glad this wasn't my first book from the author otherwise, I never would have enjoyed the other books that were written.

Not Really a Fan

The story would be cute if only there were several things that were changed. I don't care for a weak heroine and is basically a push over. I have never been a fan of turn the other way and take the high road when there are good reasons not to do so. I don't blame the narrators because they couldn't save or make the story worse. There is more to say but I am going to leave it at this. I would still give the author another change I just wasn't didn't care for this one.

Not what I expected

This is not a typical love story but I wouldn't really consider it a love story at all. Yes there is a cliffhanger. The only spoiler I would give if you are not in role playing and rape scenes this is NOT for you. I am not in to those types of stories but this is more than that. The sex scenes while I didn't care for them it is more about the characters and understanding them. Did I like either one of them that is a no I did not. Do I think they click that is a no as well. Do you wonder why it gave it five stars? It's because I love the author... No really I do love the author's stories but that isn't why. The writing is what I enjoyed and of course who doesn't like some intrigue. The author helped humanize while still leaving the male character with the ability to loaf him a bit and think what the heck there is so much more wrong with him. This is a story with messed up childhood memories that have created who they are today and finding each other that helps brings them together and allows them to be who they truly are deep down inside. The pen pal wow I really appreciated that.

I didn’t care for the characters since they never seem to really mesh. Spoiler it’s not cute to hear a woman so desperate and to hear her best friend getting a bj while on the phone with them when she needs help. To me it only got cringe worthy from there. They have sex and then all of a sudden he realizes that he is in-love with her shortly there after bit yet he is a man whore before her. No It just didn’t work I hoped that it would get better by the end but it really didn’t. On a side note the narrator Jason Clark is always spectacular.
