Historia
Every generation, a journalist has looked deep into the heart of the nuclear military establishment: the technologies, the safeguards, the plans, and the risks. These investigations are vital to how we understand the world we really live in—where one nuclear missile will beget one in return, and where the choreography of the world’s end requires massive decisions made on seconds’ notice with information that is only as good as the intelligence we have. Pulitzer Prize finalist Annie Jacobsen’s Nuclear War: A Scenario explores this ticking-clock scenario.

The most awakening book I’ve ever read.
Revisado: 05-17-24
This was an eye-opening book. We have to get it together or we’re going to perish in the most horrifying way.
I hope world leaders read this book.
The detail in which Annie describes how nuclear war will affect all of humanity woke me up to the realities of international conflict.
The book is the best I’ve ever read on this topic.
I thought of my own mortality, my family, neighbors, and friends.
We couldn’t survive a full scale nuclear war.
This book has made me contemplate a lot. Our leaders have to stop the madness! Citizens, let’s join together in a pro-peace future!

Historia
For tens of millions of Americans, Tucker Carlson was long the only voice on cable news providing a counternarrative to establishment Washington and the mainstream press on the most important issues of our time: the Covid-19 vaccine, January 6, the Ukraine war, and even UFOs, just to name a few.

A master class on living an ethical life.
Revisado: 08-05-23
A fantastic book! The thing about Tucker is that he’s ethical and outspoken in a world where people would rather be lied to by unethical people as long as it sounds “nice”.
I’ve been a Tucker fan for 20 years. I had a huge crush on him! I was a college-aged guy filled with introspection.
Tucker tells us to look outside of ourselves. He does it by example. I have always appreciated that about him.
Chadwick did a fantastic job on this book.
He did some great research! I learned new things, and enjoyed hearing Tucker expand on his values.
I especially enjoyed the personal stories.
The Audible version is top notch quality.

Jaws is the classic blockbuster thriller that inspired the three-time Academy Award-winning Steven Spielberg movie and made millions of beachgoers afraid to go into the water. Experience the thrill of helpless horror again—or for the first time!

Not like the movie, but I still enjoyed it!
Revisado: 07-12-21
This book is really nothing like the movie. but, that ended up being a good thing for me. I enjoyed the deep story lines and getting to know characters and learn about the town.
If you're expecting a thrilling scary shark story - this ain't it!

What an adventure!
Revisado: 03-20-21
I've had this book almost a year now. I enjoy it so much! The specific narration of dates, times and locations took a little bit to get used to, but didn't take away from the story. I learn something new every time I listen to this book!
I was born in 1980, and have always been fascinated with the Mount Saint Helen's story. This book brings to life all the stories my Mom told me as a kid.
