I struggled, not going to lie. The Narrator was HORRIBLE. How did audible approve this? The other reviews are true, he literally mispronounces like a 2nd grader during a spelling test. So unprofessional! Great voice but come on man.

The book itself is ok, I had alot of unanswered questions, like why can't kiddos have certain herbs when the beginning states herbs have no side effects?

I honestly wouldn't spend the credit if I had the choice again.

Momma's and non-mommas for Etsy
First of all, her audio, 10/10 on most episodes. I can hear her! So rare in a podcast.
Second, she's easy to follow. I found her and spend a whole day listening. I don't have an Etsy shop yet, but as I create my prototype I listen to her and she answers some good questions I have.

Forever A Favorite

I read this as a little girl, the library had a horse section and I read my first memoire. Years later I was so happy to find it on this app. I'll buy the actual book soon, Lay Me Down, a beautiful life changing soul. I'm so thankful to be blessed with the story of her and Susan.

The reader was a 10/10 by the way. She had the best voice, acting, everything. Thank you

Anticlimactic!!

Going into this I knew the movie was its own version of the story. But good heaven the book carried the same bland tone all through out the movie! Where the excitement? The ending was so hushed I couldn't believe the story was done!! I'm happy to say I've now heard the book but I can't say I'll ever give it another chance. Boring!!!!

The Narrator was good though.

Not only are they Irish (best accent ever) they keep you read to keep listening because it's like sitting with old friends talking about the weirdness of the world recommend 100%!!

Heart felt with lessons to teach

Mark is a wonderful story teller of his life. I love hearing about the old man as most do that read his books. The last chapter had me in tears. So much to learn from all the lessons Mark offers in his books! A Good Horse is Never a Bad Color, is also a wonderful book. 10/10 for Mark Rashid

Exactly what I’d hoped it be

I loved it. I work at a horse boarding faculty as a hand. I’m by myself most days (except for the animals around me) and needed something other than my own thoughts to get me through the day. As a horse enthusiast myself, I got a lot of information and good pointers out of this book. As well as some heart felt relation to the author’s admiration for the old man. A very well put together piece!
