Definitely a different perspective that any I had considered. Different is t bad, except this book kept leaving me irritated and disappointed. The main character keeps waiting for her life to happen at the expense of her family. Instead of embracing what is there, she continually makes choices that take her away from honesty with her husband and child. This book is not for me.

Excellent Narration

Listened in one day. This story gave me all the feels: happy, frustration, love, sadness, character growth, suspense etc…. I noted a few errors in medical procedures (not reality), but still enjoyed this book. Julia Whelan is gifted in her narrations and storytelling.

Enlightening

This book must have required so much research. The facts produced throughout the story by Lily are remarkable and educational. The process of beekeeping told by Olivia is fascinating. The storyline intertwined with all the education elements is relevant, heartbreaking, real and thought provoking. These two authors have created a brilliant work.

Couldn’t finish this one

I have a hard time with a weak main character. The beginning was too painful to get through. Couldn’t get to the “good part”. Sorry, I had to stop listening. This one isn’t for me.

Super fun easy listen

I needed some thing, lighthearted and fun. This was a great story. Narration was excellent! I laughed out loud, and this easy-going story allowed me to get lost in the characters. I really enjoyed this from beginning to end.

Unfortunately, as the story went on, I found myself less and less interested. I felt there were too many unnecessary details taking away from the main story. The narration was excellent, and helped keep me interested in the story and possibly the only reason I finished it.

Great Mystery!

I have a bad habit of being able to predict endings. This sorry kept me thoroughly engaged minute by minute! Was very difficult to turn it off. Finished in three days time. Kept me guessing and theorizing right up until the very end. Excellent novel and excellent narration! If you’re looking for an exciting mystery, you will not be disappointed!
