Guidance for healing this hurting, tired soul.

As someone who has suffered from chronic, severe depression & childhood trauma, I find this book extremely valuable. As well as for help to become a better parent. Overall, helping to guide to make changes that will significantly improve quality of life to anyone willing to do the self reflection & work needed. I still have alot of work to do. I listened to the whole book first and have now ordered hard copy & will start the journaling, as well as the other books Sven recommends as well. I feel validated. I feel heard. I feel understood. Something I have desperately needed for decades. This really spoke to my soul. Lots of work to do, but I feel hope again.

Loved this so much. Couldn't stop listening. Offered much insight and was very emotional as ai connected with it while listening. definetly listen to Journey of Souls first before this one.
