Historia
When you listen to this audiobook, you will make many assumptions. You will assume you are listening to a story about a jealous ex-wife. You will assume she is obsessed with her replacement - a beautiful, younger woman who is about to marry the man they both love. You will assume you know the anatomy of this tangled love triangle. Assume nothing. Twisted and deliciously chilling, The Wife Between Us exposes the secret complexities of an enviable marriage - and the dangerous truths we ignore in the name of love.

Meanders
Revisado: 05-09-24
After reading reviews, I had high hopes. The set up is very drawn out. It’s not until around the Chapter 30 marker that it starts to pick up. The story was okay with a couple lo-fi twists. Would have been better as a free listen.

A Lifetime type book
Revisado: 05-05-24
I’m glad this one was free. It’s similar to a campy Lifetime type storyline. Not terrible but definitely not worth a credit. Maybe okay as audio wallpaper so you can multi-task a bit without losing the plot.

Another fun O’Brien!
Revisado: 04-26-24
This is my second Kevin O’Brien book and it was a fun listen. It was fairly predictable in some cases but also has nice twists and suspense. I will agree with other comments that the narrator took adjustment time…you have to embrace the corniness of the suspect’s CAMPY/terrible voice and push thru it. It was worth staying on to end.

Okay for a free book
Revisado: 04-12-24
This was good but rather long in places. With 4hrs left, I skipped an entire hour and still caught all the back story necessities. The voice of Eloise was also insanely…sloooow…with…pauses…between…each…word…Not really a big mystery storyline but again, good for a freebie!
