Historia
For years now, win-win has been the paradigm for business negotiation. But today, win-win is just the seductive mantra used by the toughest negotiators to get the other side to compromise unnecessarily, early, and often. Win-win negotiations play to your emotions and take advantage of your instinct and desire to make the deal. Start with No introduces a system of decision-based negotiation that teaches you how to understand and control these emotions.

If you feel guilty when saying No This book is for you!
Revisado: 04-11-25
I bought this book because of the kind words the author gives to his diesised friend in preview. I hate myself when i say yes than grumble and after long exposure explode and than many bridges are burned. Much better to just say No right away and get used to uncomfortable feeling from the start. This book does just that for me. I also love how many good comparable daily life examples author gives to get to the point. I give it forward to him in rating here. Would recommend this book to anyone who feels guilty when saying No!

Historia
In his early 20s, Curtis Jackson, known as 50 Cent, rose to the heights of fame and power in the cutthroat music business. A decade ago, the multi-platinum selling rap artist decided to pivot. His ability to adapt to change was demonstrated when he became the executive producer and star of Power, a high-octane, gripping crime drama centered around a drug kingpin's family. The series quickly became "appointment" television, leading to Jackson inking a four-year, $150 million contract with the Starz network - the most lucrative deal in premium cable history.

I never thought that 50 cent was that deep of a thinker based on his videos. That's why I rated it that high.

I purchased this book only after the Robert Green s book. Really love how Robert is telling all of the history examples in his books. I can see here that Curtis have adopted some of that strategy. I don't want to Rate Curtis as a person and his endless strife for endless stream of money, but the book itself was really interesting at times. Would recommend to the young blood (teenagers especially) who have little experience with life and is acting first, thinks later.

Very deep and interesting especially if you like History
Revisado: 03-04-24
What i loved the most about the book is the historical facts of important historical character s persons and different time periods. How interaction's between people in old times feels so different yet at the same time is so simmilar of doing things today. How this or that person did something and what did it eventually lead to. I believe that its is quite difficult if not impossible to follow all of the advices, since a person will be looking to unnatural and weird (inward consentrated) though. It will unadvertly adversly impact one's performance in navigating one's way to the top. But throwing one self in the situation and not to over talk and be friendly to others was the one of the best advices from the book. I think the success the author is speaking of possible with lot's of communication practices with right connected people and Miljø/Court one is in to say the least. Would strongly recommend to read/listen the book to anyone who likes human interaction and sociology! Enjoy

I liked how passionate the story teller is and know that there is lots of corruption within religios organization, but to disregard the impact it has on most individuals, even as placebo effect is not enough psychological education. The author has a personal grudge for religion as a whole without any explaining (going more on that topic) to the reader his personal trauma related to this issue. The reader feels this all throughout the book

The thoughts are not you and you are not your thou
Revisado: 10-29-23
Even though the story of John was thrilling and i wanted to hear more on what exactly did he read in the forest in those 3 years. Instead you get a Hollywood story where you can get anything you think of. Although i think more people should think and act more positively daily, i also think that life is too versatile to just be positive and a person that believe this book will be very disappointed with things that are natural. If you want to get somewhere you just have to try try try at different angle ,. If nothing happens it is just not your destiny. Pray to whom you believe in: God, Cosmos, Your inner self, Universe (if at all) let it be like the song. Try not to think of a pink elefant for a minute is what this book is all about. Do not recommend
