I wish this would become a widely read and discussed book all over the world. We need it. it would save a lot of pain and frustration and might alleviate suffering too.

I loved the characters, their dialogue, and the way they related to one another. The details of the period and location made me want to step into it. Love this author and this narrator!

Very enlightening and at times laugh out loud funny. If you are used to Dr Gregor videos, the narration will probably be more enjoyable. I will definitely listen to this again and again, as it's so much to take in at one time.

Not overly long, so character development, plot etc concise for he genre. Loved the dialogue between characters.

Narrator is a master. She really adds to the experience of the story!

A wealth of knowledge

This is a book I'll be listening to again and again, as it's just too much to absorb in one sitting. I love all the science and explanation of the research. I also appreciate the honesty of saying something is unknown or unsure, even though many scientists just omit or try to hide doubts. My only wish is that the book were broken down into volumes - took me FOREVER to finish it!

Couldn't stop listening!!

I couldn't wait to read this 2nd installment in the Wilde family series and I loved it as much as the first. The story was so absorbing, I literally could not stop listening to it. I laughed out loud several times and really enjoyed how the main characters got to know each other little by little. It was fun learning the heroine's true personality right along with the hero. The many details of the places, the clothing (accessories, slippers, perfume, fabric), the colors, courtship customs, literary references, etc made me feel like I was seeing into another world - that's what I most love about EJ's books. If you're looking for a fast-paced, action-packed romance focused exclusively on the H and h, this book may not be for you. But if you want to deeply get to know a few characters and their worlds, then you're in for a real treat!
