An enjoyable read

I've listened to this story the time in the past two months. I never do that. but I've spent the past year watching the authors Hell's Belles TikToks. It's a fun concept. I guessed it would be an enjoyable diversion. Well, it was. but far more well written than I expected. Yes. There's plenty of a romance novel in the book. I could maybe do with a little less of that. But it fits within the story and is not too offensive. But basically it's a very well written book. Well worth the investment to buy and to listen to it. Enjoy!!

Another exceptional set of Spellmonger stories

Once again, Terry Mancour provides a wonderful romp through the Spellmonger's world. In this anthology, Terry Mancour explores various aspects of different characters and the actions that occur in the background of the overall story.

Enjoy this anthology. If you love the world building Terry Mancour does, you will find this anthology a wonderful tool to better understand the chanters and situations that drive the plots forward.

Thus, I suspect you will find this book as enjoyable as I find it.

Good, though too short

Yes, I know a follow-on story is coming in a few months. yet this story feels as if it stops half way through. Of course that's exactly what happened.

I'm not saying it's bad. in many ways it's one of the smoothest stories Jim Butcher has told. it's just not as complete as what he normally provides. Don't get me won't. I'll gladly listen to his next book and the book after that and ...

But I do hope you enjoy this one as much as I do.

An Exceptional Story

Brandon Sanderson had done it again. The Stormlight Archive series is exceptionally well developed. the characters are realistic. And they are fully formed. Imagine a lead character, who suffers from depression? Not a flawed character. a realistic character. watching these characters growing and developing based on their experience. Yes, a very exceptional series.

Scientific thoughts through eyes of wizards

by presenting the current scientific thoughts through the eyes of the wizards, we get to exploit what is "obvious" and what we really know. The gap between the two can be striking. It's Very educational. It's enlightening. and it's fun. Worth the read.
